We are renting out our family garden of Eden home during our summer holidays in 2026 for an entire month, as per required by the mallorcan regulations. This former 1886 residence, nestled at the heart of a fully private 5,000 m2 estate, was completely renovated in 2023 with high-quality finishes combining contemporary elegance, rustic charm, and full comfort. It is located in a peaceful, countryside neighborhood offering total tranquility yet within immediate reach of the capital and all its conveniences, numerous beaches, a golf course, and beautiful hiking trails in the UNESCO-listed Sierra Tramuntana. It’s an exceptional place for a relaxing family stay, combining absolute calm and easy access thanks to its privileged location. The villa has 4 cozy bedrooms: two double rooms with king-size beds and two children’s rooms with extendable beds, each sleeping two. It can therefore accommodate up to 4 adults and 4 children. Every room is equipped with built-in air conditioning, silent ceiling fans, and mosquito screens. There are two bathrooms, a laundry room, two living rooms, and a fully equipped kitchen (2 Miele dishwashers, Miele steam oven, DeLonghi espresso machine, Bosch induction cooktop and microwave, integrated Pando wine cellar, and Liebherr American-style fridge). The property also features a pétanque court, a ping-pong table, and several shaded outdoor areas beneath large trees for relaxation or games. A Miami-seventies-style swimming pool adds to its charm, until the town hall grants us permission for renovation — which tends to take time here. We can also provide our 4 bicycles for lovely nearby rides. A security deposit of €3,500 is required, to be transferred to a dedicated account with acknowledgment of receipt, and will be linked to the detailed check-in inventory signed by both parties, along with proof of personal liability insurance. A set of bath and beach towels as well as bed linen will be provided. The price includes a weekly visit from our cleaning lady and the gardener, who also maintains the pool, as well as 60 kWh of electricity per month. Two adorable cats live on the property and are independently fed in the outbuildings. Check-in and check-out will be handled by a person who will remain available to help with any issues that might arise during your stay.
